“I have been a client of Brooklyn Park Veterinary Surgery for around 20 years. Due to the excellent service for our previous pet Brutus there was no hesitation bringing our new pet chihuahuas Kia and Chi Chi here too.
We all were treated so well, with only great advice given. The vet was extremely knowledgeable. Everything is charged at a reasonable price.
There is so much to like! The vets and nurses are so wonderful. They really care about their patients, and they are so lovely towards us stressed out parents! The service is great too.
I have no hesitation in recommending this surgery to other pet owners as they give great advice and great care!

"I didn't really have any concerns for my young pup Rocky...until he decided to eat his favourite toy and became really, really ill. And as for my other dog, a Maltese Shitzhu named Xena she was pretty healthy too, until she fell pregnant from Rocky a Blue Heeler.
Rocky needed a vet that night when he ate his toy. Other Vets I phoned told me I had to wait until they had an opening for me. O'Halloran Hill Veterinary Hospital answered my call and told me to come in straight away, even though they were about to close. That meant a lot to me, and I didn't feel like "just another customer"
I wasn't concerned at all to become a client with them, they showed me in a single phone call how caring and passionate they were about my pups health.
My experience at O'Halloran Hill Veterinary Hospital was fantastic. I was in and out of there for a month, and each time I went they greeted Rocky and me as if we were family. Rocky was excited about going, I guess I was too! They took great care of both Rocky and Xena, showing the utmost compassion and interest in the well being of my pups after their major surgeries.
They called me 3 times a week to see how they were going and I would spend at least an hour there chatting to their very friendly and welcoming staff.
The final result was amazing, Rocky had spent a week at O'Halloran Hill, because of his major surgery, and he bounced back with leaps and bounds in only a few days. Rocky was back to his normal energetic self in no time!
I would recommend O'Halloran Hill Veterinary Hospital to anyone without a doubt in the world. You can't beat grade A staff and services!"

"The previous vet clinic I went to was very business-like and unfriendly, but I was nervous about changing vets. However, my experiences at O’Halloran Hill Veterinary Hospital have been really positive. Everyone is very friendly. They know my name and my pets’ names. I feel comfortable about asking questions and have learnt a lot more about pet health and caring for my pets.
I expect to wait sometimes at the vet and doctor but there is hardly any waiting time here, which is great.
I like the 6 month wellness check ups, especially for my older pet; they give me peace of mind about my pets’ health. I loved the puppy classes; as a result, Jorja loves visiting the clinic and the classes have encouraged me to pursue further training with her, which has been fun.
I would recommend O’Halloran Hill Veterinary Hospital without hesitation. If you feel your pet is a member of your family and you want them treated that way, then O’Halloran Hill Veterinary Hospital is the place to go."

"I used to worry about my dogs weight and her recurring ear infections. My dog's previous vet would try various medications and procedures that often would not work and were very expensive. I wanted a vet who would supply us with straight forward answers to our questions. Peter is a great vet who really takes the time to listen to our concerns and explain the treatment. I know now that we are doing all the right things for our dog, thanks to the great advice e have received.
The team are always friendly. Our dog is always greeted warmly and given lots of love and attention!
If your pet is treated as one of the family, then Brooklyn Park Vet Surgery is definitely where you should go!"

"We had 2 elderly dogs and a cat when we first visited Brooklyn Park Veterinary Surgery. Our dogs in particular had health issues, mainly related to old age, but also due to being overweight. Since we've been taking our pets to Brooklyn Park Vet Surgery, our dogs both lost weight and have been much healthier! Elly no longer needs heart tablets and is able to enjoy walks again! And, while our cat was diagnosed with diabetes and renal failure this year, I have a clear understanding of how to care for her with the information and clear explanations that the vet has provided.
The atmosphere in the surgery is always friendly and very welcoming. The nurses remember us and make a special effort to greet whoever I have with me. I feel very satisfied that we have a good health plan for our four-legged family, which is reassuring.
For me, it's comforting to feel that my pets are getting realistic and appropriate care, for their general well-being and for specific health issues so that they can be as healthy as possible!"
