YOUR GUIDE TO A SUCCESSFUL VET VISIT HILTON AND O'HALLORAN

To ensure you get the most out of your vet visit, follow the simple steps below:

1. Before we arrive:
   Close all doors and keep your pet in one room so they can be easily located when we arrive.

2. Clear working area:
   Prepare a bench, table, or another flat working surface to allow us to conduct a physical exam.

3. Other Pets and/or Young children:
   Strangers in your home may be frightening to pets or young children. To reduce any potential risk of pets escaping, keep other pets safely outside or in another room. Prepare children for our visit so they know what to expect.

4. When to expect us:
   As each home consultation will differ, we will provide you a time for our arrival but this may vary by 1/2 hour either side. When we are heading your way, we will call and let you know.

5. Further investigation:
   Your pet may require further diagnostics at our visit. Samples may be collected at your visit to be taken back to the clinic for analysis, or the vet may recommend your pet to visit the clinic.

6. Payment:
   We accept payment via electronic transfer, or over the phone credit card payment.

Please be aware standard consultation time is 20 minutes; consultations longer than this will be subject to additional costs.
